Days of August orders are packed in a beautiful reusable pouch, and in a thin box to protect your new piece. Most orders are shipped out within 1-5 business days.

$5 FLAT FEE STANDARD SHIPPING

$14 FLAT FEE EXPRESS SHIPPING 

Orders are shipped with Australia Post.
You will be provided with a tracking number.

International

We ship worldwide at a flat rate $20 for Standard Shipping and $36 for Express, both with tracking. Transit times are dependent on international flights and custom wait times. Current international delivery time frames can be viewed via the Australia Post website.

CHANGE OF MIND.

If your order arrives and isn't quite what you expected, we will happily exchange your product for something else within 7 days of your items being received. Return shipping and shipping of new product is to be covered by you (the purchaser). Please note: We unfortunately are unable to offer exchanges for items purchased from our sale section

DAMAGED / FAULTY GOODS.

Great care has been taken to produce your jewellery, but if you encounter any problems with any of our pieces, we will replace it free of charge.
